  • Content you provide: CV/resume text you upload or paste, job descriptions, prompts, and generation settings (e.g., tone, template).
  • Extension context: With your action, the extension may extract minimal job details from the active page (job title, company, description, page URL). We do not passively scrape pages.
  • Usage data: Basic telemetry (request timestamps, success/failure) to operate and improve the Service. No ad tracking.

How We Use Information

  • Generate and deliver your cover letters and related outputs.
  • Operate, secure, and improve the Service (fraud prevention, debugging, analytics).
  • Provide support and respond to inquiries.

Data Handling and Retention

  • We retain the minimum necessary data to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations.
  • You may request deletion of your account data through settings or by contacting us.
  • Temporary processing data may be kept briefly for reliability and abuse prevention.

AI Providers

We integrate with AI providers to generate text based on your inputs. Your CV content and job description may be sent to these providers solely to fulfill your request. We select reputable providers and transmit data over HTTPS.

Chrome Extension

  • The extension only accesses the active tab after your action (e.g., clicking the icon). Host permissions are limited (if enabled) to specific job sites to support single‑page apps.
  • We do not execute remote code. All scripts are packaged with the extension.
  • Only minimal, relevant fields are processed; no passive tracking or ads.

Cookies and Local Storage

  • We use cookies or storage to maintain sessions and preferences.
  • You can control cookies in your browser settings; some features may require them.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work to continually improve our practices.
